Whispering Hearts Student Care Centre (WHSCC) is a community project of Viriya Community Services (VCS), an approved charity under the Charities Act. VCS is a full member of the National Council of Social Service. We can accommodate up to 72 students.

Our caring teachers look after school going children of ages 7 to 14 while their parents are at work. Besides basic before and after school care programmes, we organise ad hoc activities which aim at the total development of their children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional needs and development.
