Centre Official Opening

On the 2nd Dec 2006, Whispering Hearts Infant and Child Care Centre held its official opening witnessed by Mr Cedric Foo, MP for West Coast GRC (Pioneer) and Patron of Whispering Hearts Family Service Centre.
