HOPE Programme

What is HOPE?
HOPE stands for Home Ownership Plus Education scheme. It was started in January 2004 by Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS) to replace the Small Families Improvement Scheme (SFIS). This scheme targets low income families with not more than 2 children. Here clients are provided with comprehensive forms of assistance from housing grant, training grant, education bursary for kids and family support.

As the mentoring agency, we strongly encourage our clients to be productive and strive towards achieving self-reliance and economic independence by focusing on resources within the family unit and community, without the need for constant external assistance.

For enquiries and application, please call Ms Zarina or Mr Daniel at 67951008 ext. 110 or visit us at:
