Whispering Hearts Family Service Centre (WHFSC) started operation on 1 August 2001 and was officially opened by former Minister of Community Development and Sports, Associate Professor Mr. Yaacob Ibrahim on 16 June 2002.
We provide integrated remedial, preventive and developmental services to help families cope with their responsibilities and challenges. Our core services are extended largely to the residents of Pioneer, Nanyang and Hong Kah Constituencies in Jurong West. Besides walk-in clients, we also receive referrals from other sources such as the Members of Parliament, Police, Family Court, hospitals and schools.
